The ability to share creative expression with an audience is a gift. Studies have shown the positive effects music and art have on our mental health, including reduction in anxiety. The arts are what make us uniquely human, and allow us to share our innermost feelings and ideas with the world. They should never be considered luxuries.

My hope is that in our increasingly busy world, people are able to slow down, unplug from technology, and take time to enjoy music, art, and dance. Wouldn't it be amazing to live in a world where every person was encouraged to take the time to see, hear, and create beauty in their daily lives?

Below are links to groups I regularly play with. More information about past performances is here.
